Abstract-This paper deals with the study of E-Resources along with its forms, types, utility, and sources of e-resources. Purpose of this paper is to present basic information of various aspects of e-resources and significance of e-resources in modern age. How e-resources and in which form its are available is also in glance.

Abstract— English has made little impact on development of the rural areas in comparison to cities in India. A huge population has been emigrating from villages to the cities and abroad in search of better living. Proficiency in English plays a major role for these migrants to take up jobs in the cities and abroad especially Europe and America over many decades.

Abstract - Indian economy has been rapidly changing since last two decades and with the development of the economy earning capacity of the people has increased. So people are investing their money for their future obligations. Since 1991 Indian capital market has developed tremendously and provides variety of investment options to the investors.

Abstract— This research paper aims to develop self-propelled spraying agricultural machine. The problems faced by farmers today are solved by developing a self-propelled spraying agricultural machine which can converted the energy obtained pushing the machine forward to spray the insecticides. The machine is made multipurpose so that it can spray insecticides.

Abstract-This research paper aims to develop compost machine. Organic waste is a global problem, it cost too much for the disposal and we obtain nothing from it, it causes emissions of harmful gases such as methane. In India about 40% of the garbage is a food waste. Composting of waste has proven to be a solution to this problem but not fully explored.

This paper mainly contains Fabrication of Hydraulically Operated Compression Molding Machine for Polymer Composite. Now a days, the natural fibers from renewable resources act as reinforcing material for polymer composites which alters the use of carbon, glass and other fibers. Among various fibers coconut fiber, jute, cotton are widely used natural fiber.

This research paper aims to develop Self-Healing Composite Polymer Structures and testing them for fracture toughness. The focus of different fields of science and engineering to develop self-sealing composite Polymer Structures. They are inspired by biological system such as the human skin which are naturally able to help themselves.

Bearings are perhaps the most omnipresent machine elements and therefore it is critical to get success over it. Consequently, there is a great need for a timely knowledge of the health status of bearings. Generally, condition monitoring is the way of determining the component’s life or condition depend on signal detection, processing and classification in order to identify.

Transmission system is one of the most important systems in every automobile that has a significant impact on the transmission efficiency. A transmission is what changes the gear of an engine, thereby transferring engine’s power to wheels with purpose of moving vehicle ahead. Transmission also provides a reverse gear resulting.

To follow the traffic rules is important because most of peoples not follow these rules. For that we make a system that will allow to ride vehicle who have a license.2wheeler accidents are increasing rapidly and results in loss of the many lives. In our country there is law to wear a helmet and do not ride a bike while influence of alcohol but most of the time .

In our research paper "Diesel Generator Automatic Monitoring System” we monitor parameter like water level, diesel level and temperature sensing of diesel generator through IOT on Android Application. We display all parameters continuously on mobile phone so that person in charge can take action on time.

To provide good security is main issue as web development came into existence. From many years text-based passwords are used in many areas these passwords are not enough to counter many problems. Secrete information can easily hacked by hackers as the passwords are not enough secure. Therefore, there is need of something more secure.

Training and placement cell manager is a web application which will create a bridge between student and TPO. The main objective of this project is to develop software which manages placement and training activities in college makes a interactive GUI where TPO can manage details of all students and company on his console, he can upload information.

The idea to make something useful for academic environment has led us to “Automatic Report Generation for NBA Criteria 1 to 5” web application with user data. The application mainly focuses on reducing the manual work that takes place while collecting the data as well as calculating the NBA criteria. It also provides additional functionality of communication.

This paper propounds a design for automatic water supply system in farmland using Arduino, Wi-Fi module, android application and couple of sensors. Depending upon the moisture level of farmland the system can detect the appropriate time of supplying water to the trees and can also keep track of the water level to prevent water from being accumulated around the roots of the saplings.

Over the past few years the internet has brought the world closer. Complexity of the network, the need of security and large number of users result in many problems in the networking technology. Today every retailer wants to maximize their sales with increasing consumer satisfaction.
