Abstract-Quality of Work Life is a critical concept with a broader meaning as it focuses on both work life and personal life of the employees. Earlier it’s possible to attract the employers or employees of the institution by providing rewards and awards to the employees. But later the circumstances changed, then it became too difficult to attract the employees in the institution.

Abstract— Social media play a significant role in consumer decision making as the users generated information has a huge influence on their decision making process by the usage of social media. It became more popular now days. The tools are perceived as a source to the consumers to gather the information about the products.

Abstract - In the current scenario, all the employees working in different industrial and service sectors face many problems due to globalization, emerging of modern technologies, varied services, and uprising of innovation, cultural differences and creativity explosion. Maintaining a balance between one's personal and professional life has become a prominent topic in the society.

Abstract— Education is a light that shows the mankind the right direction to surge. The purpose of education is not only just making a student literate but it adds rationale thinking, moral conduct and self confidence Education has become competitive and so too the educational institutions, in order to survive the competition, have to improve the quality of their services.

Abstract-It is assumed that leadership is the most researched issue in the field of organizational behavior. The relationship between leadership and organizational culture has provoked the greatest interest and initiated a number of researches. This paper provides some vital information for leaders to consider as they attempt to influence the organizational culture in their organizations.

Training and development is an important tool for increasing performance of the employees. Organizations incur expenditureon effective training and development programmes tend to achieve short &long term benefits& organisational goals. This study provides a significant review of training and development on employee’s productivity. Employees cannot upgrade their knowledge.

Training is one of the important steps in human resource management. It is the activity of learning or teaching the skills and knowledge needed for a particular job or activity. It is concerned with developing a particular skill to a required standard by guidance and practices. Training is an effective tool due to which an employee comes in a position where he can show his skill & effectiveness.

Abstract— The institutions which are established to meet the requirements of finances for infrastructure development are Development Financial Institutions. Infrastructure Development and Financial Services is a risky business, but wants to meet the financial needs of an economy in a developing country that lacks a full range of markets.

Abstract-Accounting standards in the India are issued by ICAI for harmonizing accounting policies. Accounting professionals need to apply their ability and skill for adopting best policies. The present study is conducted to examine use of technology in the field of accounting .In this ,I would like to focus on specialized accounting software.

Advertisement plays a vital role in business, society, peoples. Nowadays peoples scenario of looking to advertisement has changes and peoples scenario also changes. Todays advertisements give more emphasis on social issues rather than profit motive. Motive is there to earn profit but with effective advertisement.

Abstract— Digital marketing is good option for traditional marketing because digital marketing have wider coverage at lower cost. Many channels can be use in digital marketing to reach towards targeted customers. It can be use for advertising new product, brand building, customer retention, customer feedbacks etc.

India Africa share centuries old trade relations. The Monsoon winds across the Indian Ocean facilitated generations of traders to take voyage to the African land. The advancement in technologies has replaced wooden boats with modern container liners but the spirit of trade remains between India and Africa.

Abstract— The term "Tax" which is imposed by the govt. on public for welfare of society. It is mandatory financial burden impose on individual or legal entity. It is the concept where the money paid by the public to the govt. which is used to provide public services. The Goods and Services Tax (GST), come in force and adopted by india on July 1, 2017.
