Abstract— Few would deny the indispensability of Social Media in contemporary society, empowering the communication process like never before. In the last decade and a half we have witnessed an unprecedented growth in social networking sites, with increased presence of the population in the virtual platform to connect and share with like - minded individuals on diverse political, social and economic issues.

Abstract - E-marketing is a process of planning, executing, and promoting the products and services by using Information Communication Technologies(ICT) to meet the users' need. The concept, E-marketing of information and services of libraries is quite innovative because the traditional concept has been changed from marketing to 'E', i.e E-marketing.

Abstract— Cooperatives are an integral part of the Indian rural economy. They have direct and indirect impact on agricultural growth and rural development. Individual’s traditionally posses efficient skill in producing products like milk, dairy products, carrot, red chili pepper, poultry farming, tea plantation, cardamom etc. Their market is not confined only to the district of Darjeeling.

Abstract-The study tried to find out the level of awareness regarding ISO 9001 based Quality Management System (QMS) in the select corporate organisations in North Bengal. It attempted to investigate the connection between the reasons of poor acceptance and level of awareness of QMS among corporate organisations.

Abstract— Mapping workflow instances to virtual machines in cloud domain is a challenging task. However, it must be considered during design of any cloud application to provide better resource utilization. In this paper, the problem of assigning any workflow in cloud domain to virtual machine (VM) at run-time is addressed. A mapping problem is formulated using linear assignment.

Abstract-These days, the transcontinental commercial relationships are increasing the necessity of using marine transport media and enhancing the security on board. Due to its huge financial and security consequences, illegal commerce is an important issue to look at. It is important to identify those ships that are not qualified and not have the equipment to be used as a cargo ships.
