  • Application of Genetic Programming to Predict Concrete Compressive Strength Based on Non-Destructive Tests Reba Iram, P. O. Modani

The compressive strength of concrete is a major aspect to determine the quality of concrete. The determined in-situ strength of concrete can never be same to cube strength determined in the laboratory. Taking core from the structure is not possible as it may damage the structure. Therefore, Non Destructive tests are mostly preferred than destructive testing for monitoring reinforced concrete structures. Though NDT gives quicker results, their values are not exact

  • Review of Energy Efficient Swarm Intelligence Based Cluster Head Selection (EESI-CHS) Algorithms in MANET S.Kalaipriya

A Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is a wireless system where mobile nodes are associated with every other during infrastructure-fewer connections. Cluster Head (CH) is a node in the group which is active as a leader node. It preserves the data having listing of nodes, path of each and every node associated towards its related cluster. In MANET, usual CH selection algorithms depend on energy, however it is still an argument in MANET and particularly when nodes are travelling.
