This article is about the relationship between critical thinking dispositions, study organisational climate of higher secondary students and their achievement in commerce. In this study, the sample consisted of 810 higher secondary commerce students in Chennai. The critical thinking disposition of higher secondary commerce students is significantly correlated with their achievement in commerce.

In this paper image compression is performed based on vector quantization(VQ) technique by using Linde-Buzo-Gray algorithm. A vector quantizer based on self organizing map(SOM) is implemented to obtain a optimized values of area, power and delay. Since a movie can belong to multiple genre class, this is a multi-label image classification problem.
